The best grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested by hand. Their grapes are put in barrels intact, according to the carbonic maceration process where the wine goes through a fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Colour: Brilliant ruby red with purple shades.
Scent: Intense and persistent aromas of marasca and black fruits.
Taste: A full bodied wine, fresh and extraordinary soft on the palate.
To accompany with: It pairs with all sorts of food, exceptionally good with first course dishes, rice, pasta, roast meats and roast chestnuts.
