This wine is a blend of carefully selected grapes of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Raboso Piave harvested after a short withering on the grape-vines. After a careful vinification this wine is blended and put to rest in barrique for a period of 12 month. The result is a wine with a definite, harmonious, velvety and warm taste to enjoy in good company.
Colour: Ruby red with violet glints
Scent: Very elegant typical of grapes with red fruits notes as redcurrants, raspberries, blackberries, vanilla and a slightly spicy flavour.
Taste: A strong character, dry, warm and velvety with the right tannic flavour.
To accompany with: Its elegance and structure demand red meat, game, roast or grilled meats.
Alcohol: 13,00 % vol.
Best served at: Must be served at 18°C in wide red wine goblets. Uncork the bottle 1-2 hours before serving.
